Shipping
What are your delivery rates? 
We currently use Universal Package Systems Ltd (UPSL) for delivery, and the fee varies depending on your location. For orders above $800.TT, delivery is free.
Where does Technovia Trading Ltd. deliver to?
For now, anywhere within Trinidad and Tobago. Very soon we’re expanding our reach throughout the region.  
What shipping methods are offered?
Direct to your door via UPSL. We’re online based, so we do not facilitate in-store pickups. 
How long is delivery?
Typically your order will arrive within 2-3 business days. Tobago deliveries add 1 day extra. 
If I’m not there when my item is delivered, what happens?
You, or someone you designate must sign for receiving, however if you’re not at the shipping address provided, you get 2 more attempts at delivery. Depending on the time, another attempt may be made on the same day. 
Do you offer an Express delivery service?
We understand that there may be instances where an express delivery option may be warranted, don’t worry...we got you! Send us an email at info@technoviatrading.com explaining your situation, and we’ll try our best to prioritize for you. 
Is it possible to ship to a different address other than my billing address?
Of course you can! During checkout you have the option of entering both addresses. Specify which address you’d like it to ship to. 
Billing
Direct Deposit
You can deposit directly into our account(s) using your mobile banking app, or your online banking platform. Please ensure you use the supplied deposit memo when doing an online transfer/deposit. 
Credit Cards 
We’ve implemented security measures on our site when you place your order and submit information, so don’t worry. These measures include:
- Personal/Credit card information supplied is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. 
- Transactions aren’t stored or processed on our servers, but rather on that of the payment gateway. 
PayWise 
Paywise is a payment service provider in Trinidad and Tobago that allows you to place your order on Technovia’s website, and then make your payment at any of the numerous PayWise agents across the country. During checkout, choose the option ‘ PayWise’, and go through the following procedure:
- Visit a PayWise agent of your choosing. (Agent listing and map will be provided)
- Inform agent you’re making a PayWise payment. 
- Furnish agent with your unique order number. 
- Give agent your payment. 
- Collect your receipt. 
Please note that after payment is made, your order will automatically be marked as ‘paid’, and then shipped the next working day. 
PayPal
PayPal is a fast, secure way to send online payments using your credit card.
WiPay 
WiPay allows individuals and businesses to accept payments via credit card, and even cash vouchers online. 
How do I use the WiPay Voucher System?
Visit any Authorised WiPay location and use cash to buy a WiPay Top Up Voucher. Use the voucher's scannable QR Code or unique 12-character reference number to make a 'digital cash' payment anywhere that WiPay is accepted.

Our prices include delivery/shipping after checkout.

How do I place an order?
It’s easy! Browse through our products, add it to your cart, click ‘checkout’ and enter your details. Click ‘Place Order’, and you’re done. 
If I order in bulk, would I get a better price?
Send us an email to info@technoviatrading.com and we’ll be sure to let you know ASAP. Note: Consideration will be granted on a case-by-case basis. 
I received incorrect items. 
In the unlikely event this happens, please send us a photo of product received, along with your name and order details. We will review and send you your correct order forthwith.

When do you collect my personal information?
We collect the information entered on our site through registration and order placing. 
How do you use that information?
We DO NOT give any third parties your info, or send you spam emails. However we may use your information in the following ways:
- To reach out or follow up with you if and when needed. 
- To personalize your user experience by content and product offerings based on your interests.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security breaches or vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible. 
Returns
How do I return an item?
You will have 14 calendar days to return an item after it is delivered to you. Send us an email to support@technoviatrading.com with your contact information, and order number, and let us know the reason for your return. If product is damaged, please send us a photo of it in the email. Our team will review it, and advise you through the rest of the process. Once approved, item will be exchanged. NOTE: Refunds will only be accommodated due to manufacturers’ defect only.
